This review is for the GB 40 model. Sometimes reviews for all their models are shown together under each product.

I have now had a chance to use this booster/jumper twice to start cars with dead batteries, and it has worked well in each situation. It was so quick and easy to pull out this charger from my truck and jump start another's truck and an SUV. The truck is a 6.2 liter engine, and even though the GB40 limits its recommendation to engines up to 6.0 liters, it cranked over on the first try. Talk about impressive!

I hate fighting with cables. They are larger to store, have distance limitations, have the possibility or crossing the connection, and are a pain to fold back into their undersized pouch. This is so much easier. After two uses, the lighted readout still shows the Genius Boost Plus GB40 at 100% capacity, so I won't need to recharge it yet. I like the features that don't allow you to reverse the polarity on the clamps, as well as the ability to recharge anything via two USB ports. The included light is very helpful in the dark. It comes with a nice storage pouch, which is smaller than my old jumper cables, and it keeps all the charging accessories together.
